Two weeks from today four American Visitandines will be journeying to Rome for the concluding event of the Year of Consecrated Life, Consecrated Life in Unity, joining 30 other Visitandines and religious from various congregations all around the world.
Our Founder, St. Francis de Sales, also made a few pilgrimages to Rome in his lifetime. The first was just after finishing his formal education and receiving his degree; the second was after his ordination as he was being considered as coadjutor Bishop.
What joy it would be to visit the same places St Francis de Sales did! Whatever will be given us during these days, we count on your prayers for our journey!
