This year the Feast of Visitandine St Margaret Mary falls on a Sunday, so it will not be celebrated universally as is usual. However we can always keep our hearts close to the Heart of Jesus!

Exploring the relationship of the Heart of Jesus to the Visitation Order over the centuries is an inspiring way to understand a broad picture of the love of the Lord for us.

St FrancisĀ  wrote to St Jane February 24, 1610: “I do not know where you will be this Lent; according to the spirit, I hope you will be within the side of the Savior. I want to try to be there myself often with you. Yesterday it seemed that seeing the open side of Our Lord, you wanted to take his Heart to put in yours, like a king in a small kingdom. This Lord is good, his Heart is lovable! Remain there! ”
On 24 April, he wrote: “Everything in him all through him, all with him, All to him all Him ! ”
