After Mass with a Cardinal at the Mater Ecclesiae Monastery with our Visitandines in the Vatican, they spent a few moments in the library chatting.
The Swiss Guards were convinced that the Cardinal would leave the Monastery by the door through which he had entered and so positioned themselves there. But…The Cardinal chose to exit from another location, greatly disappointing the Swiss Guards.
To compensate for this, the Sisters, upon closing the door where the Guards were stationed, posed for the photo with them!
