The mother of St Therese of Lisieux, Zelie, along with her husband Louis Martin, were canonized this morning in Rome.
St Zelie had a special relationship with the Visitation order of Holy Mary, as her sibling, Marie-Louise, was a Visitation Nun at Le Mans, France, her daughters, Pauline, Marie and Leonie attended Visitation boarding schools, http://www.archives-carmel-lisieux.fr/english/carmel/index.php/family-life/scolarite-de-th and Leonie became a Visitation Nun! Leonie cause is also before the Holy See.
The Visitation Order rejoices with the Carmelites and all the faithful today as we celebrate a holy family life as witnessed by the Martin family!
