JUBILEE CHRISTMAS
We’re invited to celebrate a Christmas Jubilee
Our Lord’s Infant Heart will set us free
Gifted by this tiny Babe
Missioned to us to give and save.
Our hearts, too, burn about His crib
Ashed into silence, our sins He forgives.
Flames of love increase our joy
O how we cherish this Baby Boy!
Amidst our hearts, Sister Marguerite Marie
Her reverence revealed by bended knee
Clasps her hands around the Infant Child
Her spirit, Salesian, and ever so mild.
Our Saint proclaims to Visitandines today:
Visit Baby Jesus in a new way
Lay at His feet your tender hearts
From His Sacredness you’ll never part.
May Jubilee Christmas of 2019
Be filled with hours quite serene
Joyful indulgence of deep holiness
Communal prayer and love and rest.
