March 13, 1863  : Sister Marie of the Sacred Heart Bernaud, nun of the Visitation of Bourg-en-Bresse, received from Heaven the vision of the Dial of the Honor Guard and the revelation of the spirituality of this Work that she had mission to found.

March 19: Solemnity of Saint Joseph, husband of the Virgin Mary celestial patron of the Guard of Honour.

March 21, 1907 : Death in the odor of holiness of Sister Marie-Marthe Chambon, humble lay nun of the Visitation of Chambéry, and apostle of devotion to the Holy Wounds of Our Lord. 

March 24, 1606 : Saint François de Sales, founder of the Order of the Visitation, preaches Lent to the Senate of Savoy, in the Dominican church, in Chambéry. It was then that he was illuminated by the rays projected onto him by a large crucifix placed in front of his pulpit. It was Good Friday. The crucifix is ​​today in the chapel of the Visitation of Thonon-Marclaz.
