All those who love Jesus deeply necessarily have an infinite tenderness and devotion for his mother Mary! On the Cross, in a silent heart-to-heart prayer, Jesus bequeathed to his Mother all the graces He possessed, and addressing John, He gave her to us as Mother! In this month dedicated to her, let us offer each of our hours of presence through her Immaculate Heart, her Mother’s Heart, her Queen’s Heart! Let’s do it for ourselves, but also for the whole world which needs this infinitely maternal Heart so much to recreate and rejuvenate itself!

Mary our help
Trusting in Mary’s love and in the effectiveness of her help, we must pray to her without ceasing. The more we pray to her, the more she will bless us and the easier it will be for us to become humble and pious, obedient and hardworking, and to triumph over sin and temptations.
Saint Francis de Sales said: “Do not say, Gracious Virgin, that you cannot help us, because your Son has given you all power both in heaven and on earth. Don’t say that you shouldn’t help us because you are the common mother of all men and, therefore, how not to come to our aid…Most sweet Virgin, since you are my Mother and you are powerful , you have no excuses to relieve me! So Mary cannot hide, she is loving like a Mother, powerful like a Queen, she can only help us.
Not content with praying to her, let us also love her with all our heart, professing for her a sincere and filial devotion. May this month of May be a blessed month for us, a month during which, with our eyes fixed on our model, and trusting in her help, we will strive to make ourselves more and more worthy of our Heavenly Mother!
