Dear friends guards of honor,

In this month when we celebrate the saints, it is an opportunity for us to look up and direct our gaze to the highest of summits: Christ the King whom we honor especially this November 20th! His omnipotence has been given to him in heaven and on earth and therefore he is universal, sovereign, therefore royal. Jesus is a King of love! As our foundress invites us, let us join him in spirit to find with Him true peace and assurance that He is the Master in all things, in all events!

Well in communion with everyone.

Geneviève

Let’s take the Height!

Have we ever climbed a mountain and once we arrived at the top, looking at the towns and villages where life was teeming, to feel an immense sense of serenity. Finding ourselves alone, peaceful, above all, we could reflect on the various passions that were lived in homes, in the streets, in companies… below. However, nothing troubled or moved us because, from our high position, we had the impression that nothing could reach us anymore.

When we are tired with fatigue, embarrassed, harassed by all kinds of worries, let us rest on the heights of his divine Heart. At the bottom, it is the temptation, the work, the trials, the suffering in which we risk getting stuck if we do not take height. Indeed, the higher we ascend into Him, the more we escape all moral and physical constraints and the more we breathe the pure air of true freedom.

This is how the soul, freed from the concerns of the earth, rises into the bosom of God to recharge its batteries, rest and remake itself. A wonderful secret and experience experienced by all the Saints we honor this month. It is a stop at the threshold of the Fatherland, a smile of the soul sent to God, it is a call to sink into the summits of one’s Heart and taste true peace! (After Sister Marie du Sacré Cœur Bernaud)
