By Diocese of Annecy, from St Francis de Sales’ writings:

Most good Father, I thank you for having given me life out of pure love, with no other will than to offer me the infinite happiness of freely participating in your eternal glory.

That I may attain this sublime end, I offer you wholeheartedly what I have received from you: my will to love you more than anything, my intelligence to know you, my memory to remain in your presence, my imagination to represent your benefits, my eyes to marvel at your works, my words to praise you, and all my faculties.

O my God, strengthen my desire and resolution to follow the path of Holy Love by resorting to the means given to me by the Church: listening to the Word of God, the sacraments and prayer, and by practicing true charity towards all.

Most Holy Virgin Mary, glorious Saint Joseph, commend me to the mercy of your Son Jesus, who by the most tender of tenderness, shed his blood on the cross to save me and unite me to him through baptism.

Saint Francis de Sales, Saint Jeanne de Chantal, my good angel and the whole Heavenly Court, I implore from you the grace to discern my vocation and to remain faithful to it, in the peace and joy of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Our Father.
Hail Mary.
