If there had been Eucharistic Congresses in St. Jane’s era, I imagine she would have been in the forefront in writing letters to all her correspondents about it.

For the contemporaries of Saint Jane de Chantal wrote:

“The devotion and reverence that this Blessed Mother had for the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar cannot be expressed; she always thanked Our Lord, for having admitted her to the daily participation of His most holy Body. ยป

And in writing to a directress of novices St Jane advised her:

“Let novices often make considerations around this Most Blessed Sacrament, so that, in imitation of this good Savior, they may learn to annihilate themselves totally, and to want to live hidden as he is hidden.”–

Day 5 – The Visitation of Sainte-Marie d’Annecy (visitationannecy.org)

On one occasion when a House of the Visitation did not have Mass regularly because they could not afford a stipend for the celebrant, Mother de Chantal supplied a whole year’s worth of stipends to this community so that they could have daily Mass. L”Eucharistie a l’ecole des saints, page 68 by Nicolas Buttet

So we can join in the spirit of our Holy Foundress as we pray for the preparations and the spiritual success of the upcoming Eucharistic Congress.
