The first is the Holy Mass, which I was to hear in the same mood as the Blessed Virgin at the foot of the Cross, begging her to obtain for us the participation of the merits of the sacrifice, death and passion of her divine Son. For Holy Communion, I must ask what dispositions she had at the time of the Incarnation, trying to enter into it as much as possible through her intercession, saying with her: “Behold the handmaid of the Lord: be done to me according to her word!” – And for prayer, offer the dispositions that the Blessed Virgin had when she was presented to the Temple.
